The return freight must be paid by the buyer and the item must not have been used and\/or washed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the exchange of goods due to factory defects:<\/strong><br \/>According to article 18 of the Consumer Code, we will accept a complaint within a maximum of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>We will assess and if a factory defect is found, new goods will be posted.
