Return and exchange policy

According to the Consumer Code, art. 49, requests for returns of goods will only be accepted in the event of regretwithin 7 calendar days. The return freight must be paid by the buyer and the item must not have been used and/or washed.

For the exchange of goods due to factory defects:
According to article 18 of the Consumer Code, we will accept a complaint within a maximum of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.

We will assess and if a factory defect is found, new goods will be posted. Delivery time will be within 3 working days of receipt of the defective goods.

Exchanges will only be accepted where the goods have not been used and/or washed. 

For the exchange of goods with the wrong size choice:
The Consumer Code leaves it up to the supplier to stipulate whether they accept exchanges and exchange deadlines, so we will accept exchange requests within 7 working days of the date of purchase.

The deadline for posting the new goods will be within 7 working days of receipt of the goods to be exchanged, which must not have been used and/or washed.

If the product is evaluated and found to have been used or washed, we reserve the right not to make the exchange and will return the T-shirt sent for exchange. 

Return shipping: In all cases, it must be paid for by the consumer.

Reimbursement: In the event of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.
